Capacity: 3 bedrooms, 6-8 persons, 2 separate bathrooms + 1 toilette, atrium, terrace and BBQ. Villa Val is situated in Valkarin, beautiful small village near Porec. Villa Val is only four kilometers from the sea and a range of facilities offered by the city of Porec (sports, entertainment, beaches…).

The space

Villa Val is built in 2013. It have a H shape floor plan with separated day and night area. The idea behind the house was to create two small Istrian houses connected together through glass hall and so creating intimate patio. interior is combination of tradition and contemporary design with some specific thematic areas such as the black box toilette, movie or shabby theme bedrooms.

Designed until very last detail, taking the best of tradition and contemporary arts and crafts… Unique and breathtaking Villa!
